  • I want to order in bulk. Can I get a discount?
    Please write to us at hello@niknok.in with your requirement, i.e. the products you’re looking for, quantity & timeline and we’ll get back to you.
  • I want to customise a product. Can you do that?
    We may be able to do that depending on the nature and quantity of the customisation. Please reach out to us at hello@niknok.in with the details of what you have in mind, and we’ll get back to you.
  • The product I want is not available in my size/is out of stock.
    Drop us an email at hello@niknok.in with the details. We’ll try our best to restock it ASAP.

Payments

  • Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
    ash on Delivery is temporarily disabled to ensure a contactless delivery experience. We support all forms of online payment methods, including Credit & Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI and most of the popular mobile wallets, etc.
    You can use any of these payment methods to place your order. The online payment process happens over a secured encrypted connection and is completely safe.
  • My transaction failed but amount was deducted. What do I do?
    If the order was not placed successfully, the deducted amount will be refunded back to your payment method within 7-10 business days. Meanwhile, you can try to place the order again, preferably using a different payment method.
    If  you still don’t see the refund after this time, please write to us at hello@niknok.in and we’ll help get things sorted.

Order & Delivery

  • I ordered the wrong size. Now what?
    Our t-shirts are crafted specially for you after the order is placed. So unfortunately we are not able to offer you an exchange/refund you in case you ordered the wrong size. We have the size chart displayed on every product page so that you make an informed choice.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We cannot ship international at this moment. We're working hard to enable this.
  • How long will the delivery take?
    Your order will reach you within 7 business days. Metro cities usually receive it within 5 business days whereas it takes 5-7 days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and few other factors like public holidays, bad weather conditions, etc.
  • How do I track my order?
    We will share the tracking details with you once the order is shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hrs. for the tracking information to get updated on the courier company's website.
  • Are there any additional shipping charges?
    Shipping is free on all prepaid items for a limited time. Cash on Delivery payments have a nominal handling charge of Rs. 50.
  • I was unavailable when delivery was attempted. Now what?
    Our courier partners usually attempt to make the delivery at least twice. If you are unavailable to receive the order, it will get returned to us. We can re-ship the order to you, but the delivery charges will have to be borne by you.
    We can not be held responsible if you're not available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • I placed an order but I want to cancel it now. What do I do?
    We’re sorry, but we can’t accept cancellations once you’ve placed an order. As we said above, all our products are crafted exclusively for you once you place the order. As soon as you place the order, it is routed to the warehouse for fulfillment.
    We truly believe your face will lit up once you receive your order, give us a chance! ;)
  • I received a defective/incorrect product. What do I do?
    We’re so sorry for the bad experience. Please write to us at hello@niknok.in with the pictures & details of the defective product. We’ll send you a replacement ASAP.
  • I’m not happy with the product and want to return it.
    We can’t bear the thought of you breaking up with us. Please write to us at hello@niknok.in and we’ll be in touch.
